Hershel and Dianne Anderson-Owners
Hershel and Dianne Anderson founded Anderson Dental Lab in 1977. This has allowed ADL to make smiles for patients for over three decades. Excellent communication and consistent quality restorations has given Anderson Dental Lab the opportunity to grow into their state of the art dental facility. The current facility houses an in-lab training center that allows every technician to become certified in his or her area of specialty. We believe education is the key to success. ADL strives to stay at the forefront of new technology and products. That’s why we continue to educate and train our technicians to be able to meet the expectations of our doctors and patients. Hershel received his CDT in 1977.  Hershel enjoys classic cars and karaoke.  Dianne enjoys time with their grandchildren and scrap-booking.

Robbie Anderson-Vice President
Robbie started his dental career at a very young age. He has been working in the laboratory for over 20 years.  After acquiring his CDT certification, he made a commitment to provide excellent service and high quality restorations to our customers.

In order to honor this commitment, Robbie continues to participate in numerous educational opportunities to learn the most current and state of art techniques available in dentistry today. This allows ADL to meet the esthetic needs of our customers. Robbie is always available for technical questions on cases and willing to help in any way he can to exceed your patients expectations.  Robbie enjoys hunting, fishing and outdoor adventures.

Jeff Howard- Implant Department Manager
Jeff Started working in the dental industry in 1982. He is a certified instructor in metal framework design and full anatomical wax ups. Jeff has been restoring dental implants since 1996. He has attended numerous implant seminars and training sessions from every major implant manufacturer. Jeff is a great resource to assist you with all of your implant cases. Jeff is married with two children. He enjoys photography, music and his favorite cigar is Fuente Opus-X.

Rod Vestal- Communication Manager
Rod has been working in the dental industry since he became a CDT in 1968. Rod’s specialties include dentures, partials, crown and bridge, and communication. Rod has a great personality and is a great resource at the laboratory to communicate with your office. He has a strong desire to make your experience with Anderson Dental Lab a great one. If you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to give Rod a call. He will go above and beyond to make your patients happy. Rod enjoys outdoor activities and communicating with people.
